Eduardo is a Puerto Rican actor and visual artist based in New York City. A graduate of Columbia University, he trained in a range of performance techniques including Classical, Stanislavski, Practical Aesthetics, Method, Suzuki, Viewpoints, and on-camera acting. His recent work includes “Drifting Apart” (Sundog Theatre), “Fox Toss” (Columbia’s Theatre Department). Film credits include “HappyLand” (Lyn Li, short film) and “Masa Madre” (Eduardo Ramirez, short film) .

Eduardo’s work in the visual arts spans both photography and painting. Through these mediums, he investigates the vulnerability of the body. He is interested in bodies as liminal spaces, suspended between personal agency and the external forces that shape them, including state power, colonialism, and capitalism. He uses the image not simply as documentation but as a tool to surface and conjure what has been deliberately obscured.
